Stanton sold a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 824 Colebrook Drive in Webster Groves for $140,500 in July 2001, sold a one-bath home at 6654 Tholozan Ave. in Lindenwood Park for $166,700 in Sept. 2005 and sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 530 Sunnyside Ave. in Webster Groves for $365,000 in June 2010.
