Litigation lawyer lists Kirkwood 4BD

Phillip A. Tatlow and his wife, Alison, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 225 W. Jefferson Ave. in Kirkwood for $549,000.

The Tatlows paid $495,000 for the property in April 2005. The 2,827-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Kirkwood Southeast. Katherine Bussmann of Janet McAfee Inc. is the listing agent for the home.

Tatlow is a litigation lawyer at Bollwerk & Ryan LLC. He focuses his practice on workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and disability and life insurance. Prior to joining Bollwerk & Ryan in 2009, he served as president at St. Louis law firm Hockensmith Tatlow McKinnis Hamill, P.C.

He received his B.A. in psychology and criminology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986 and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1991.
