Dr. Vincent A. Fallert and Maria A. Fallert sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1115 Summerlake Estates Drive in Unincorporated Fenton to Leslie Howard for $300,000 on July 27.

The 2,435-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Summerlake Estates subdivision.

Dr. Fallert is a dentist who has been operating his own dental practice in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 190 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median price of $192,000.
