Dr. Emily M. and Alexander W. Brooks bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 423 Glenmeadow Drive in Ballwin from William D. and Penny L. Blay for $265,000 on July 15.

The property was previously acquired for $312,000 on April 2007. The 2,419-square-foot house, which was built in 1967, is in Ballwin North. It is located in the Oak Tree Farm subdivision.

Dr. Brooks is an obstetrician and gynecologist. She specializes in female reproductive health.

She graduated from Suny-Health Science Center at Syracuse College of Medicine.
