Nestle performance manager gets Ballwin 3BD

Travis M. Krous and Tangala M. Krous bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 138 Hollyleaf Drive in Ballwin from Daniel D. Thompson and Amy L. Thompson for $253,000 on July 27.

The 1,759-square-foot house was built in 1978 in Ballwin South.

Mr. Krous has been the operation performance manager at Nestle Purina. Prior to this position, he previously served the company as a logistics manager, warehouse manager and logistics assistant manager.

He attended the Iowa State University College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 439 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $205,000.
