Manufacturing supplies president takes Warson Woods 4BD

Stan C. and Beaumont M. Heidmann bought a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 1616 Dearborn Drive in Warson Woods from William J. and Caroline H. Cahill for $400,000 on May 27.

The property was previously acquired for $435,000 in May 2003. The 2,574-square-foot house, which was built in 1940, is in the Manchester Forest subdivision.

Mr. Heidmann is the president at The Nu-Era Group, a retail and manufacturing supplies company. Before that, he was the chief finance officer at the said supplies firm. He was also CFO at Edge Flooring and has worked as a controller at RMC USA, a building and construction supplies provider.

He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1997) and received his M.B.A. in finance from Webster University (2003).

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in Warson Woods during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $333,500.
