Zachary T. and Amanda M. Lewis bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 983 Wellington Woods Court in Eureka from Primacy Closing Corp. for $260,000 on Aug. 23.

The 3,032-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Eureka North. Lewis serves as director of student involvement at Maryville University. Previously, he was an assistant director at the University of Central Missouri.

He attended Missouri State University and the University of Texas-Knowville, where he earned his M.A. in college student personnel.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 174 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,700.
