Michael R. Berryman and Nancy J. Wittrock bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2001 Meramec Meadows Drive in Fenton from Michael Collet and Nicole Collet for $252,500 on Aug. 4.

The 1,570-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Meramec Meadows subdivision. The Collets acquired the property for $290,000 in July 2006.

Ms. Wittrock works as an executive assistant at Nestle Purina PetCare Co.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 28 home sales in Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
