The 2,555-square-foot house was built in 1994 in Ellisville South. Erdal currently serves as controller of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients business unit of Covidien, a healthcare device and supply company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

Prior to joining Covidien in 1996, he worked as financial manager at Mallinckrodt Inc, as internal audit manager at IMCERA, supervisor and senior auditor at Reading & Bates and as senior accountant at Coopers & Lybrand.

He received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1978 and his M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 1996.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 152 home sales in Ellisville during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
