Logistics services company coordinator moves into Fenton 4BD

Adam K. and Kathleen A. Liberto bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1403 Legacy Circle in Fenton from Prudential Relocation Inc. for $475,000 on Aug. 20.

Prudential Relocation Inc. paid $509,000 for the property in July 2010. The 3,981-square-foot house built in 2004 is located in Legacy Pointe.

Liberto serves as logistics coordinator at Unyson Logistics. Prior to joining Unyson Logistics, he worked as inside sales account manager at American Power Conversion, sales consultant at Advanced System Designs and purchasing and buyer at AT&T.

He studied business and finance at St. Louis Community College and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 25 home sales in Fenton during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $235,000.
