Marketing company exec opts for Clarkson Valley 5BD

Richard Buer and Lisa Buer bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 262 Herworth Drive in Clarkson Valley from Donald A. Close and Pamela D. Close for $625,000 on Aug. 16.

The 3,578-square-foot house was built in 1977 in Clarkson Valley South. It is located in the Forest Hills Club Estates subdivision.

Mr. Buer is senior vice president and general manager at Maritz Inc., a sales and marketing services company in Saint Louis, where he formerly was group vice president. Prior to that, he was vice president of sales with Maritz Loyalty Marketing, and was president and managing partner for The Designery.

He attended Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 32 home sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $515,000.
