Family medicine specialist swaps 4BD in Concord

Dr. Andrew M. Grabowski and Dionne D. Grabowski bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 5517 Keller Road in Unincorporated Concord from Daniel A. Hof for $525,000 on Aug. 18.

The 4,464-square-foot house was built in 1993 in the Sunset Ridge Estates subdivision.

Dr. Grabowski is a family practitioner at Sapo Telegraph Road Family Medicine in Saint Louis, where he specializes in diabetes and its complications. He is also affiliated with St. Anthony's Medical Center, Des Peres Hospital, and Forest Park Hospital.

He received his D.O. from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville (2000) and completed his residency at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital in Garden City, Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 109 home sales in Unincorporated Concord during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $194,000.
