Christopher and Anne M. Chivetta have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 3 Cricklewood Place in Frontenac for $2.167 million.

The Chivettas paid $550,000 for the 4,532-square-foot property in Jan. 2006. It was built in 1956 in Frontenac South. It is located in the Cricklewood subdivision. June Hatfield is the listing agent.

Chivetta is a professional engineer and serves as principal-in-charge at Hastings + Chivetta Architects Inc.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a master of business administration degree from Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 56 home sales in Frontenac in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $590,000.
