Kayleen A. and James P. Carmody have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 22 Portland Drive in Frontenac for $949,000.

Elaine Medve of Coldwell Banker Premier is the listing agent.

The property was previously acquired for $550,000 in Aug. 1999. The 3,382-square-foot house, which was built in 1961, is in the Portland subdivision.

Ms. Carmody is an internal audit director of the asset protection division at Protective Life, an insurance firm. Prior to that, she was an audit director and audit manager at Lyndon Insurance Group. She also worked at ITT Financial Corp. as audit supervisor and senior auditor.

She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Webster University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 56 home sales in Frontenac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $590,000.
