Kristopher G. and Lynn H. Kosup have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 125 Frontenac Forest St. in Frontenac for $1.845 million.

Anne Ryan of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

The property was previously acquired for $1,633,224 in June 2002. The 5,511-square-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in Frontenac South. It is located in the Frontenac Forest of Frontenac subdivision.

Mr. Kosup is the president and CEO of Buckeye International, Inc., a cleaning and polishing chemicals manufacturing firm.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 56 home sales in Frontenac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $590,000.
