Researchers buy 4BD in Heather Hill

Jinbin Xu and Liping Pei, bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 91 Stoneyside Lane in Olivette from Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $270,000 on Nov. 4.

The 2,869-square-foot house was built in 1954 at Heather Hill subdivision. It is located in Olivette South.

Xu is a senior scientist at Washington University School of Medicine-St. Louis.

Pei is member of the research team at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, also in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 113 home sales in Olivette during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $259,000.
