Doctor duo settles in Manchester

Asif Moinuddin and Dr. Amber Anwar bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 984 Burgundy Lane in Manchester from Primacy Closing Corp. for $340,000 on Sept. 15.
The 2,319-square-foot home in Manchester West was built in 1990. It is located in the Westridge Manor Estates subdivision.
Dr. Moinuddin is a nuclear medicine specialist based in St. Louis.
Dr. Anwar is a geriatrician. She has been affiliated with St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton, Illinois.
She earned her M.D. from Aga Khan Medical College and completed her residency in internal medicine at the McKeesport Hospital of University of Pittsburgh. She served her fellowship in geriatric medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Dr. Moinuddin also owns a condo at 8985 S. Swan Circle in Brentwood. He paid $175,000 for the property in July 2005.
