Jeanine M. Riddle bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12539 Sunset Drive in Sappington CDP from Anthony G. and Dolores A. Amann for $317,000 on Nov. 3.

The 2,305-square-foot house was built in 1989 at Kennerly Place subdivision in Sappington South.

Riddle is a certified registered nurse anesthetist. She is currently working at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 105 home sales in Sappington CDP during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $134,250.
