Public information officer sells in Richmond Heights

Heather L. Todd and her husband, Thomas, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2116 Del Norte Ave. in Richmond Heights to Harry A. Jones and his wife, Brenda, for $307,500 on Nov. 4.

The Todds paid $303,000 for the property in April 2008. The 1,987-square-foot home in Richmond Heights South was built in 1931. It is located in the Pennsylvania Park subdivision.

Mrs. Todd is a public information officer for the American Medical Association, an association of physicians that develops and promotes medical practice, research, and education on medical science and health care. She most recently served as a communications director for the Missouri Budget Project and was press secretary at the U.S. House of Representatives.

She has a B.A. in communication from Truman State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 157 home sales in Richmond Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
