Real estate consultant trades Chesterfield 5BD for $1.2M

Medium a365387df6564d7b80f02dcb34b353a3 Richard Kessler sold a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 1655 Wilson Ave. in Chesterfield to Clinton W. Anderson for $1.2 million on Dec. 16.

The 7,394-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in South of 64. It is located in the Christopher Woods subdivision.

Kessler is a real estate consultant and contractor in Florida. He formerly was the president at Kessler Homes LLC, a residential developer which serves Northern Virginia and Fairfax County. Earlier, he was an attorney with the Department of Energy for nine years.

He graduated from the City University of New York in 1964 and received his LL.B. in international transactions from Yale Law School in 1968.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 662 home sales in Chesterfield during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $303,500.
