Mr. Siddiqi is senior instructional design consultant at Caveo Learning and Performance, a training and development firm. He previously worked on expert planning and development with Kuwait Airways. Before that, he served as senior consultant with BearingPoint, as project manager of learning and training solutions with Intellinex, LLC, and as senior consultant in education consulting, performance and and organization development with Ernst & Young.

He holds a master's in human resource development from Indiana State University.

Ms. Siddiqi is the director of managed care at People's Health Centers, health care services provider in St. Louis. Previously, she served as disease management consultant with Wellpoint, Inc., and as diabetes educator at St. John's Hospital. Earlier, she was an adjunct faculty with Indiana State University.

She obtained her M.S. in dietetics and B.S. in dietetics from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana.
