Health care company president, CEO acquires Eureka 4BD

Richard J. Rief bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 789 Southern Hills Drive in Eureka from Robert K. McLain for $505,000 on Jan. 5.

McLain acquired the property in the Southern Hills subdivision for $521,000 in July 2009. The 3,819-square-foot, two-story house was built in 2005.

Rief is president and CEO at Med Plus HealthCare. Before Med Plus, he was the owner of another local medical staffing firm and has been in the financial field for ten years.

He graduated with a degree in business finance and economics from Fontbonne University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 141 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $215,000.
