eLearning developer scores 4BD in Des Peres

Ryan J. Henneboehle bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2133 Bonroyal Drive in Des Peres from Sarah E. Terrace for $280,000 on Jan. 5.

The 2,160-square-foot house in the Royal Acres subdivision was built in 1971.

Henneboehle is eLearning developer at Panera Bread. Previously he was interactive program manager at Murphy & Company Inc., associate producer at KPLR-TV, producer/technical director/videographer at KOMU-TV and producer/director at BEC-TV.

He received his B.A. in broadcast journalism and philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 99 home sales in Des Peres during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $322,500.
