Litigation lawyer trades 4BD in Kirkwood

Phillip A. and Alison B. Tatlow sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 225 W. Jefferson Ave. in Kirkwood to John D. and Miriam L. Lee for $488,000 on Jan. 10.

The 2,827-square-foot, three-story house in Kirkwood Southeast was built in 1999.

Mr. Tatlow is a litigation lawyer at Bollwerk, Ryan & Tatlow LLC. He is licensed to practice law both in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to joining Bollwerk, he served as president of another law firm in St. Louis and as lecturer for the Missouri Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Assn., American Assn. for Justice, and Missouri Assn. of Trial Attorneys.

He received his B.A. with a double major in psychology and criminology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986.
