The property was previously acquired in Oct. 2009. The 1,553-square-foot house, which was built in 1947, is in Glendale South.

Dr. Mark Azar is an orthodontist with private practice at Azar Orthodontics. He is also teaching at the St. Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. He is a member of the board at The Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation and at Loyola Academy in St Louis.

He finished his B.S. in biology at the University of Dayton and his dentistry degree at Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago. He received his master's in orthodontics from Saint Louis University, School of Orthodontics.

Dr. Nick Azar is an orthodontic resident at Saint Louis University.

He attended the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education, the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Wittenberg University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 home sales in Glendale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $252,000.
