Timothy A. McCreery and his wife, Paula, bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 18 Squires Lane in Huntleigh from Earle J. Kennedy, Jr. for $1 million on Jan. 6.

The 6,302-square-foot house in Huntleigh West was built in 1987.

Mr. McCreery is vice president of sales and marketing at Precision Foods, a dry-blending and packaging food company based in St. Louis.

He most recently served as vice president of the sales division at Hero America. Prior to that, he served as global director of sales and as a trade marketing director at Beech-Nut. He has also worked at Anheuser-Busch as a manager of micro marketing.

He has a bachelor's degree from University of Northern Colorado and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been seven home sales in Huntleigh during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.1 million.
