Peggy L. Justis and her husband, Paul, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 605 Hawkins Road in Fenton from Lori and John Turley for $280,000 on Jan. 18.

The 2,301-square-foot house built in 1990 is located in the Dunnavant Estate subdivision.

Ms. Justis is a paraeducator at Cherry Creek Schools, a public school in Denver, Colorado.

She graduated from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1986.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 151 home sales in Fenton during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,458.
