Eli Lilly district manager gets Clarkson Valley 4BD

Brian Bomkamp and Teresa Bomkamp bought a four-bed, three-bath home at 23 Forest Club Drive in Clarkson Valley from Darrell W. Betz and Lynda J. Betz for $692,500 on Jan. 26.

The 3,192-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1974 in the Forest Hills Club Estates.

Mr. Bomkamp is a district manager at Eli Lilly & Co, a pharmaceutical company.

He attended the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 27 home sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $525,000.
