Erman serves as vice president at NAI Desco, a regional partner of NAI Global, the world's largest commercial real estate services organization. Prior to NAI, he was an associate at Follman Properties, an adjunct faculty member at St. Louis University and Maryville University, and manager of merchandise control at Venture Stores.

He is an active member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, St. Louis Association of Realtors/Commercial Division, Missouri Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

He received his master of business administration and his B.A. degrees from St. Louis University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 home sales in Frontenac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $543,000.
