Technology company president sells 4BD in Ballwin

Natasha Rae Conley sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 501 Holshire Way in Ballwin to Hadley C. Kilgore for $294,000 on Feb. 7.

The 2,534-square-foot house was built in 1975 in the Park Huntington subdivision. It is located in Ballwin North.

Conley is president of PSRI Technologies, LLC. Prior to that, she was vice president at Professional Services and Resources, Inc.

She received her M.A. in management information systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and her B.S.B.A. in computer information systems from Central Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 307 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $210,000.
