Jay S. Lutzenberger and Keri L. Lutzenberger bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 420 Bluff Meadow Drive in Ellisville from Suite Living Investments LLC for $318,500 on Feb. 23.

The 3,126-aquare-foot house was built in 1992 in Ellisville South.

Mr. Lutzenberger works as a controller at St. Albans Properties LLC, a golf course community in St. Louis.

Ms. Lutzenberger worked as the national sales manager at Cardinal Brands, Inc. She also worked at St. Louis Closet Co. as a custom closet designer. Early in her career, she was a legal assistant at Frankel, Rubin, and at Morgan & Associates.

She attended at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 101 home sales in Ellisville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $205,900.
