School director acquires 3BD in Fenton

Andrea Rudanovich bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 521 Oakwood Drive in Fenton for $335,000 from Shirley G. Crecelius and Kenneth G. Crecelius on April 1.

The 2,326-square-foot house was built in 2001. It is located in the Oakwood Trails subdivision.

Ms. Rudanovich is a curriculum director at Belleville Township High School District 201.
