Matthew E. Harlow and Laura R. Harlow bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 11174 Fairborough Court in Saint Louis (unincorporated) from Cody Properties, LLC for $254,900 on March 3.

Cody Properties, LLC paid $171,600 for the property in Aug. 2010. The 2,106-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Pendleton Place subdivision.
