Elizabeth A. Lafargue bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 7472 Whitehaven Drive in Grantwood Village from John A. Stann and Jennifer A. Stann for $272,250 on March 16.

The 2,030-square-foot house was built in 1956 in the Forest Haven of Grantwood Village subdivision.

Ms. Lafargue is a corporate financial analyst at Vi Jon, Inc., which offers health and beauty care products.

She attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been six home sales in Grantwood Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
