Chiropractic professor deals Warson Woods 3BD

Robin M. Bozark and her husband, Kim, sold a three-bed, 3.5-bath home at 831 Garland Place in Warson Woods to Rodger D. Lubben and Clara D. Lubben for $305,000 on March 7.

The 2,093-square-foot house in Bennett Hill subdivision was built in 1958.

Ms. Bozark is an academic adviser for the international relations program at Webster University and professor at Logan College of Chiropractic.

She obtained a B.S. from Logan College of Chiropractic, a B.A. from the University of Delaware, and a M.A. from Webster University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 16 home sales in Warson Woods during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
