Christine M. Seifert bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 1720 Coronita Drive in Fenton from Jerry R. James and Janice K. James for $267,500 on June 2.

The 2,247-square-foot house was built in 1990 in the San Simeon Estates subdivision.

Ms. Seifert is a program manager at Ingenix (now OptumInsight), a health care information and research company where she also served as IT manager. She also works as program manager at UnitedHealth Group.

She attended Maryville University of Saint Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $210,000.
