Mark T. Halski and Jennifer L. Halski sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 11904 Claychester Drive in Des Peres to James L. Campbell III and Caroline C. Campbell for $335,000 on June 2.

The Halskis paid $291,000 for the property in March 2007. The 3,600-square-foot house was built in 1956 in Des Peres East of 270. It is located in the Harwood Hills subdivision.

Mr. Halski is a principal and creative director at Halski Studio, a company that offers advertising, design and photography. He previously was senior art director at Waylon. He also worked as art director at Arnold Worldwide and as designer at DMB&B.
