Mr. Bellaria is vice president of customer retention and loyalty marketing at Comcast, a cable operator, home internet service provider, and home telephone service provider. He most recently served as director of scenario planning and national broadband task force for the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to that, he held a number of positions at Charter Communications in St. Louis, including vice president of telephone product management, chief of staff to the CEO and vice president of customer retention and business intelligence. Earlier in his career, he served a variety of managerial positions at McKinsey & Company, Inc., Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros in Peru and Applied Materials. He has also served as an intelligence officer with the United States Air Force.

He attended Duke University, the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
