The 2,900-square-foot house, which was built in 1982, is in Des Peres West of 27. It is located in the Dougherty Oaks subdivision.

Mr. Eakle is a pilot at UPS.

He attended Saint Louis University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 sales in Des Peres during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $348,750.
