Neil S. Ewing bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 1546 Dietrich Chase Lane in Unincorporated Winchester from Thomas N. Underhill for $365,000 on May 9.

The 1,989-square-foot home in Dietrich Chase was built in 2004.

Mr. Ewing is a real estate appraiser with experience in acquisition, leasing, mortgage lending, real estate assessment, equalization, and estate settlement. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute. He previously taught courses at the Appraisal Institute and Washington University.

He holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Ewing previously sold his home at 1750 Stone Ridge Trails Drive in Kirkwood for $755,000 in April 2008.
