He has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an M.B.A. in accounting from Maryville University in Saint Louis.

Ms. McColl is a regional sales manager at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, a health insurance and health care plan provider. She formerly served as a financial adviser at Edward Jones.

She holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 133 home sales in unincorporated Winchester during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $192,033.
