Advertising co. president, investment exec get Ladue 3BD

Lance D. McKinley and Linda A. Starek bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3 Ladue Manor in Ladue from Frankie E. Jackson for $370,000 on May 10.

The 2,520-square-foot house was built in 1953 in Ladue North.

Mr. McKinley is the president and owner of Gateway Promotions Group, an advertising specialty company which provides branding and product visibility solutions. He previously worked on sales and marketing with Anheuser-Busch.

He attended Missouri State University.

Ms. Starek is the director of records and information management at Edward Jones Ltd., an investment advice and financial services provider. Prior to Edward Jones, she served as director for KPMG LLP and director of client services at Jordan Lawrence Group.

She attended the College of Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 90 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $594,000.
