Jerred F. Killoren bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2116 St. Clair Ave. in Brentwood from Chad J. Wind and Sarah A. Wind for $472,000 on May 13.

The 2,385-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Brentwood West. It is located in the Parkridge subdivision.

Mr. Killoren is assistant finance manager at Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers in the St. Louis area.

He attended Saint Louis University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 116 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $169,000.
