Mortgage broker V.P. selling Creve Coeur 4BD for $1.695M

Kerry T. Loy and Allison Loy have listed for sale a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 11760 Ladue Road in Creve Coeur for $1.695 million.

The 5,806-square-foot home was built in 2005 in Creve Coeur East. It is located in the Westchester Estates subdivision. Kim Carney of Coldwell Banker Premier Group the home's listing agent.

Mr. Loy is vice president at Titan Mortgage, a mortgage broker specializing in residential real estate mortgage loans. He previously was president at Community Lending Services, a mortgage company in Maryland Heights.

He holds a bachelor's in finance from Eastern Illinois University.
