Portfolio manager grabs 4BD in Kirkwood

Brandon J. Janosky and Laura Janosky bought a four-bedroom, two-bath at 905 Evans Ave. in Kirkwood from Gregory A. Branch and Christine Branch for $594,000 on May 23.

The Branches paid $624,193 for the property in April 2007. The 2,888-square-foot home in Kirkwood Northeast was built in 2006. It is located in the Avondale subdivision.

Mr. Janosky is a portfolio manager at Hancock Investment Advisors in St. Louis. He previously worked as an engineer in the power division of Washington Group International.

He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University. He also holds Series 7 and 66 licenses from the NASD.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 325 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,240.
