Animal care specialist lists in Clarkson Valley

Brian Ermeling and Susan Ermeling have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath at 245 Fox Chapel Lane in Clarkson Valley for $635,000.

The 2,889-square-foot home in Clarkson Valley South was built in 1978. It is located in the Forest Hills Club Estates subdivision. Debbie Hyde of Coldwell Banker Gundaker has the listing.

Dr. Ermeling is the director of animal care quality assurance at the University of Missouri. He also serves on the council on accreditation of AAALAC International. He previously served as the deputy associate chief of staff in the research and development and chief veterinary medical unit at St. Louis VA Medical Center.

He has a D.V.M. and an M.S. in laboratory animal science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 20 home sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $489,250.
