Financial firm president relists Creve Coeur East 4BD

Anthony Kalinowski and Terri Kalinowski have relisted a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 429 N. Mosley Road in Creve Coeur for $1.175 million.

The Kalinowskis originally listed the home with Strait Realty for $1.39 million in July 2010. Russell Nolting of Russell Nolting Group is the current listing agent of the home.

The 4,079-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Creve Coeur East.

Mr. Kalinowski serves as president at Roman, Butler, Fullerton & Co., a financial advisory firm in St. Louis, Missouri. He has over 20 years of investment advisory, financial planning and branch management experience. He previously was managing director at Smith Barney where he began his financial services career in 1987 and has held various positions including financial consultant, assistant manager and branch manager.

He earned his bachelor's degree in liberal arts and journalism from Penn State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 124 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $315,000.
