Law firm partners opts for 4BD in Moorlands

Jay J. Hoette and Alison Hoette bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 7542 Oxford Drive in Clayton from David Management Group, LLC for $487,500 on Aug. 9.
David Management Group, LLC paid $350,000 for the property in June 2010. The 2,616-square-foot house was built in 1919 in East of Hanley Rd. It is part of the Moorlands subdivision.
Mr. Hoette is a partner at the Small Patent Law Group. His practice focuses in the areas of patent, trademark, and intellectual property.
He received his B.S. in civil engineering in 2000 from Bradley University and his J.D. in 2003 from St. Louis University. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Hoette is a partner at Hayes, Heisler and Hoette law firm.
She has a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 118 home sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $509,500.
