The Naseers paid $611,000 for the property in May 2007. The 2,794-square-foot house was built in 1968 in Creve Coeur East. It is part of the Tureen subdivision.

Mr. Skornia is a consultant at Cardinal Investment Advisors, an investment advisory firm. He previously served as bank examiner at The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He received his CFA charter in 2006.

Dr. Naseer is a gastroenterologist at Patients First Health Care, LLC. He completed his M.D. from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He served his internship at Brooklyn Jewish Hospital, General Surgery and Internal Medicine in Brooklyn, N.Y. and his fellowship at the University of South Carolina Medical School in Columbia, SC.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,500.
