Nancy E. Sopuch sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 42 Frederick Lane in Glendale to William S. Wichman and Diann B. Wichman for $479,000 on Aug. 8.

The 1,761-square-foot house was built in 1956 in Glendale North. It is part of the Frederick Lane subdivision.

Ms. Sopuch works as a planner at Hastings and Chivetta Architects, an architecture and planning firm.

Mr. Wichman is a principal at Apollos Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 53 home sales in Glendale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $232,000.
